Preface

In the business world, the term negotiation isn’ta new thing. Negotiation is use to connect two different interests so that there is a deal between the two sides. Everyonethat  associated with the third party is required to have the negotiation skills, beside their main skills. However, sometimes the negotiation skill has gotten autodidact with references from senior colleagues. As a result, the knowledge and the ability to negotiate very varied and limited to general skills. Together withElyusLanin, a senior communication consultant, participants will understand and practice the art of negotiation that can be applied in the work environment.

 

Objectives

At the end of the training, we hope the participants will:

- Understand the concept of effective negotiation

- Knowing when to negotiate

- Develop plans and strategies that are relevant in each of the negotiation process

- Implement communication style to achieve the desired results

Trainer's Profile

ElyusLanin is a senior consultant who has been through a lot in the field of training and consultancy. He had joined PPM management agency from 1984 to 1990. Later, he joined his several colleagues built the IMMI management agency in 1990. The Bachelor of Geography at the University of Indonesia, before got a degree from MSI UI, he first attended Wijawiyata Program Management in PPM Jakarta. The list of the companies that he has given training / consultation include: Bank Indonesia, Indosat, Indomobil, Unilever, Samudera Indonesia, Telkom, Gramedia, BII, Astra Agro Lestari, Freeport Indonesia, HM Sampoerna, Askes, and etc. Training areas are conveyed by him are lobbying and negotiation skills and report writing.
